This is an original 3D illustrated girl combined with photo manipulation. She can be used for a series with different poses and clothing. I know it’s hard to get illustrated work for Middle-Grade fiction so I decided to start working on some MG offers to help authors keep their budgets low while still getting that illustrated look that sells MG fantasy fiction.
She’s also available for commercial product licensing. Just email me to ask how.
This is an original 3D illustration, so you won’t find another model just like her! She’d be perfect for all types of fantasy books. More covers can be made with this same character in different poses and clothing! Perfect for an ongoing series.
Our office will be closed from December 24, 2016 through January 1, 2017. You can still email requests, however, there will be a delay answering your emails until we return from the break. In the meantime, enjoy the holiday season.
It’s been a long time since the site has received a face-lift. I will be overhauling the site and adding new services over the next few months. In the meantime, please excuse any messes and lack of site updates!
My first attempt at getting through the Smashwords meat grinder took about a week—a week to read through the intensive manual, then an entire day to get past the frustrating “auto vetter” errors. The next day I blocked for taking my Smashwords eBook file and converting it to Kindle eBook format. After that, came converting for Nook. Three days all together. Three days that could have been spent writing. At my 1500 a day word count, that’s 4500 words! Nearly a short story!
When formatting “The Light Keepers – a ShadowLight Saga Prequel,” I cheated. Since it had been five months since my last upload, I’d forgotten all the Smashwords and Kindle formatting rules. So, I used Ann Mauren to format my file. She formatted one document that worked for all platforms without one single error, saving me days of work. It literally took me ten minutes at each site to publish my book. Plus, Ann addressed some of the formatting issues I had skipped before, such as hyperlinking all my chapters instead of letting Smashwords and Word do it “their way.”
Thanks to Ann, here’s what I learned: a well formatted eBook file can work for: Amazon, Smashwords and Barnes and Noble with just a few tweaks and save you a whole lot of time—a task well-worth outsourcing to a pro.
AMDesign Studios can help! Ann Mauren provides manuscript conversion from Word to Amazon Kindle, Barnes & Noble Nook, and can even get you through the notorious Smashwords meat grinder. If you’re having difficulty producing a high quality formatted ebook, contact email@example.com and she can get your manuscript professionally formatted for any digital ebook format at an affordable price.
